Our return’s address will be included within your online order, in case you want to make a return or exchange. Lost this?

Carsi Collection will give a full refund for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages, make-up and fake tan. Items must be returned with these conditions, with all the original tags still attached.

Please mail your purchase to our office: Rua José Saramago 5A E35, 1675-180, Pontinha, Lisboa, using the sticker provided, within 14 days of receiving your purchase and a full refund will be given. Please note that Carsi Collection doesn’t cover return’s shipping costs and that the customer is responsible for this. We suggest you take your parcel to your local post office or courier of choice and make sure your parcel has been tracked and signed for as we can’t take any responsibility if the parcel gets lost.

Please make sure it is returned in the original Carsi Collection packaging.

Please send an email with subject reference ‘RETURN’ to enquiries@carsi-collection.com with your full name, order reference number and the name of the item(s) you are returning, to notify us of your return. Please allow for 5-10 business days after mailing, for the refund to be processed. Note that any monies will be returned to the card in which the purchase was made.

Exchanges Europe

Carsi Collection will give full exchanges for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages, make-up and fake tan. Items must be returned with these conditions, with all the original tags still attached.

If you can’t make it into store, please mail your exchange to our office: Rua José Saramago 5A E35, 1675-180, Pontinha, Lisboa, Portugal, within 14 days of receiving your purchase and an exchange will be given. Please note that Carsi Collection doesn’t cover all of the exchange’s shipping costs and that the customer is responsible for sending this back to us. We suggest you take your exchange to your local post office or courier of choice and make sure your parcel has been tracked and signed for. You can exchange your item(s) for any other size or for a different garment that we have in stock and we’ll post them back to you. Please note that Carsi Collection is not responsible for any shipping costs.

Please send an email with subject reference ‘EXCHANGE’ to enquiries@carsi-collection.com with your full name, order reference number and the name of the item(s) you are exchanging, to notify us of your exchange. Please allow for up to 14 days after mailing for the exchange to be processed; note that any remaining difference in monies will be transferred to a gift card, redeemable instore and online.

Please note that Carsi Collection is unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond the 14th day after your in-store purchase, or from the 14th day after receiving an online order. Anything returned to us after this time-frame, may be returned back to you.

Returns and Exchanges Portugal

We all have second thoughts, and that’s why we do accept returns either for purchases made online or in person at our showroom in Lisbon.

Our address will be included in your order and you will have 14 days to decide if you want to make a return or exchange. You can go to our showroom by appointment and exchange it there for an available item or return the purchased item.

Any exchange or return will be made after analyzing the item and checking the requirements: if it is new, unused, unaltered, undamaged, without make-up, creams or smells. The item must also have all the original labels.

If it is not possible to go to our showroom, you can send it by mail within 14 days to our office, at the following address: Rua José Saramago 5A E35, 1675-180, Pontinha, Lisbon, Portugal. You must send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, as we cannot be responsible if the order is lost.

Carsi does not cover any shipping costs involved in the exchange or return processes.

You should send an e-mail to portugal@carsi-collection.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange” and write the order number, full name and name of the item (s) you want to return or exchange in order to notify us of your will. We will be as brief as possible, usually taking between 5-10 working days for the process to be completed. Any amount returned will be for the same card you used in the purchase. If there is any extra amount, in the case of an exchange, we will give it to you on a gift card valid for 1 year.

Any order received after 14 days will not be accepted by Carsi.
