MAINLAND SPAIN - 7€ | 1-2 business days | Free with orders over 80€.
REST OF THE WORLD - 17€ | 5-15 business days | Free with orders over 200€.
All of our online deliveries are handled by Tortuga (by Envialia or Tipsa) or CTT. We only use registered mail with tracking code.
You will receive your tracking code once the order is shipped. Orders placed until 12pm are usually shipped on the same day.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be help responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that a delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. CARSI collection is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by Tortuga or CTT.
Taxes and duties:
Orders to be delivered in EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra fees or customs taxes.
For the rest of the world, import duties, customs and local sales taxes are not CARSI Collection responsibility and it will billed to you by the carrier.
If the customer refuses the delivery due to import duties and fees, the package with either be destroyed or returned to its sender. In those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
EXCHANGES IN PENINSULAR PORTUGAL:
Exchanges in Peninsular Portugal are free of charge (limit of 1 exchange per order). If you want to make an exchange send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will schedule a pick-up with our carriers as soon as possible. You will receive the new item when the order you want to return is picked up by our carriers. Easy and without stress!
