After receiving the confirmation of my order, how many days does it take to get it?
Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days both in Portugal and England, for other European countries it will be between 3 to 5 days.

Should I use the same shipping and billing address?
The shipping and billing address might be different, the shipping one is used for shipping purposes, while the other is used for tax purposes.
Does someone have to be at the address to get the order?
The ideal is to have someone at the address so that the order is delivered as quickly as possible. However, if there that’s not possible, the post officer will leave a notification and you will have to go to the place indicated on that notification with your identification document to collect your order.

Is it possible that I get my order delayed?
Carsi works so that there are no delays in its shipments, however, there may sometimes happen some delays on the part of the shipping company or delays due to the maximum number of orders. However, if you need any information, you can send an email to email@example.com.
What should I do if the item I got has some kind of manufacturing defect?
Carsi guarantees the quality of its items, however, if any product is not in accordance with what you expected, we ask that you kindly contact Carsi via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we become aware and solve the issue as soon as possible.
My order should have arrived, how should I proceed?
You should send an email to email@example.com and inform your order number so that the process is speeded up as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
The shipping address can only be changed until you receive the email with the shipping confirmation. If you want to change the address you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your order number and the new shipping address.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do, the items can be exchanged. However, the shipping costs are not guaranteed by Carsi. For more information, see the returns & exchanges tab.
Where can I buy Carsi's products?
Right now, Carsi’s products are available in our online store, in our Lisbon showroom and in our store located in Nottingham, England.
Are the articles exactly as they are represented in the images?
The photos are taken in order to reproduce all the details of the articles. However, there may be some differences resulting from the screen where you are viewing them.
Where can I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our online store. In our online store, you just have to add the products to the cart, register with your name, address, email and choose a payment method. Your order will be sent on time, after confirmation.

How do I know if my order has been completed?
The order is completed after receiving a confirmation email with the general order data. If you do not receive this email, you should send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After placing the order do I have the guarantee that the item is in stock?
Usually, yes. Sometimes, there might be a stock break that is not detected by the software. However, if this happens, you will be informed, by email, and you will have three options: wait for the item to be available again, in case of stock replacement; exchange for another article; refund of the amount.
